The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Chef Ron Iafrate.

President’s Remarks & Chapter Updates

• ACF Website Walkthrough – Overview of learning opportunities and certification pathways.
• Membership Recognition – Recognition of Harold and five new members.
• Chapter Website – Updates currently in progress.
• 501(c)(3) Status – Application remains in process.
• The Stock Pot Newsletter – Launch of the local newsletter featuring chapter news, volunteerism, job postings, and industry updates. A membership drive focusing on lapsed members will begin.

Member Announcements & Industry Updates

• St. Roch Market – Discussion of an available stall next to Aritza.
• Community Events – March 28: Bunny Fest at Lafreniere Park; April 1: Super Bingo.
• Damien – Teaching ProStart at East Jefferson High School.
• Mason – Student at Nunez Community College.
• Thomas – Student at Delgado Community College (Instructor: Chef Joe).
• Tamara – Seeking chef collaboration for presentations; launched microgreens business.
• Allen – Provides economical janitorial chemicals and paper supplies.
• Chef Joe – Demonstration: Yellowfin tuna tataki with napa sesame slaw.
